Our brand new St. Louis hot yoga location is now open! The studio is located at 3121 S. Grand, by Tower Grove Park in the South Grand Business District. Sign up on our mailing list to stay posted.

The St. Louis Schedule for Bikram Hot Yoga is:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 10 am, 4:30 pm, and 6:30 pm
- Tuesday and Thursday – 8:30 am, 4:30 pm, and 6:30 pm
- Saturday – 10 am and 2 pm
- Sunday 12 pm and 4:30 pm
We have spacious changing rooms that have multiple showers so you can rinse off after class! Please valuables at home – we have no lockers.
Bikram Hot Yoga Midwest is committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible, thus, we do not carry disposable bottled water. Please bring your own bottles to fill with our bottle filler!
We have mats and towels available for rental at the school for $2 each. Kulae Yoga Mats are also available for purchase – and all retail purchases are 20% off while you are in your Introductory Month!
